Privacy Policy — Hostinger Hermes Morning Brief

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Operator and scope

Hostinger Hermes Morning Brief is operated by Jayson Pancho, owner of Pearl of the Living Skies Creations, Saskatchewan, Canada.

This policy covers the private Hermes Morning Brief integration described on polscreations.com. The integration currently serves only the owner's Google account. It is not offered to website visitors, and visiting this website does not grant access to a visitor's Google account.

Google permissions and information accessed

The connected Google authorization includes Gmail modification permissions, Calendar event permissions, Google Tasks permissions, and broad Google Drive access. These permissions allow reading and certain changes to Google data.

The scheduled Morning Brief is restricted to read operations. It retrieves selected recent Gmail message metadata and short snippets, today's primary-calendar events, and relevant incomplete or overdue tasks. It does not retrieve full email bodies or attachments, access Drive files, or make Google account changes during the scheduled briefing.

The broader authorization also supports separate owner-directed Google Workspace operations outside the scheduled Morning Brief.

Purpose

Selected information is used to identify commitments, deadlines, overdue tasks, calendar conflicts, and messages requiring attention, and to prepare a prioritized personal briefing.

The reviewed workflow does not use this information for advertising, resale, or unrelated profiling.

Processing and service providers

Hostinger hosts the Hermes application and its persistent storage.

Google-derived information is sent to OpenAI for summarization. When fallback processing is used, information may be sent through OpenRouter to a downstream AI provider, including a provider serving a DeepSeek model.

The completed briefing is delivered through a private Telegram bot conversation and is stored as a Telegram cloud-chat message.

These providers process information under their applicable terms and account settings. Specific external-provider retention periods and processing locations have not been independently confirmed.

Storage and retention

Hermes stores briefing conversations, Google tool results, and generated summaries.

Ended conversations are normally eligible for automatic pruning after 90 days of inactivity. Active, open, or pinned sessions may remain longer.

Separate saved briefing outputs have no configured automatic expiry. Operational logs rotate according to file size rather than a fixed number of days. Diagnostic request files may contain Google-derived information and are removed with their associated sessions.

Manual recovery archives remain until deleted. The reviewed archive contains configuration and memory files rather than the briefing conversation database or output directory.

Hostinger infrastructure-backup retention and deletion timelines have not been confirmed. Telegram messages and provider-held data are subject to their respective retention and deletion controls.

Security

Google credentials are stored in a restricted-access file on the hosted runtime. Credential access is limited through operating-system permissions. These measures do not guarantee absolute security.

Revoking access and deleting information

The owner can revoke the application's access through Google Account third-party connection settings.

Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete previously stored conversations, generated briefs, logs, backups, or Telegram messages.

Deletion requires separate removal of the relevant Hermes sessions, briefing outputs, diagnostic files, logs, archives, and Telegram messages. Provider-held information and infrastructure backups remain subject to the relevant provider's controls and policies.

Changes

This policy will be updated when the integration's data practices change. Future public services, online shopping, and other website features will require appropriate additional disclosures before launch.
